In-kind grants to USA, Canada, and International IHEs and K-12 schools for software licenses, support, and implementation services. Funding is intended to provide educational institutions with technological services and solutions that ensure data security. The purpose of the program is to serve the technology needs of institutions on a cybersecure campus.
Protect and Secure Student, Faculty and Staff Data: Security Operations Center In-Kind Grant
Campus Consortium is committed to supporting educational institutions by providing funds to reduce the cost of technology over the long term. It is the mission of the Consortium to help institutions use technology to achieve their strategic plans, modernize the student experience and make education more accessible and affordable for the communities served. Campus Consortium In-Kind grant programs are designed to provide awarded institutions with in-kind solutions and services that are powered by technology partners who have demonstrated a longstanding commitment to serving the needs of campuses and have a track record of successful implementations.
The Campus Consortium has partnered with OculusITTM to provide the technology platform and services for the Protect and Secure Student, Faculty and Staff Data: Security Operations Center In-Kind Grant. The grant is designed to provide awarded institutions with the requisite licenses and services to a comprehensive SOC Service.
The grant offers the institutions an opportunity to avail a service that:
The grant is the perfect IT solution for a cybersecure campus because it functions on the aggregation correlation principle. Recipients can correlate and analyze security event data from across their networks and respond to them. It also uses threat intelligence, behavioral analytics and predictive modelling using AI and machine learning. The advanced security support includes highly certified and trained security specialists for remediation of cyber threats.

Institutions may receive up to $200,000 in software licenses, support and implementation services for a term of up to five (5) years.
Funding is offered over 5 years.
